Refund policy

We want you to love your RapidDNA Wellness order. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unopened and in their original sealed packaging.
To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
Shipping costs on returns may be the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Ordered the wrong product? Contact us and we'll help arrange an exchange, subject to availability.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we'll make it right.
